Mall setup rules
Load-in
Doors open to vendors two hours before the show. Mall service entrance on the north side; carts available first-come.
Footprint
6ft tables get 8ft of frontage, 8ft tables get 10ft. Displays must stay inside your marked space and under 7ft tall.
Power & aisles
Power drops on request only — bring a 25ft cord and tape. Aisles must stay clear; no boxes stored in walkways.
Teardown
No early teardown before posted close. Space must be swept and empty within 90 minutes of close.
Selling rules
No bootlegs, reproductions sold as originals, food, weapons or vape products. Prices must be visible.
Payment
Table fee due at confirmation. Cancellations 7+ days out receive credit toward a future show.
